I was messing around on StumbleUpon and ran across this article. Since we reference Plato's "Republic" so much, I figured this might be appropriate to post.
Then again, I'm a music person. I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff.

I love this theory! I heard of it a year or so ago and simply found it intriguing. Of course, many of the Neo-Platonist had already noted such a harmony in Plato's texts but its nice to see scientific/computer engineered validation.
ReplyDeleteCan you even imagine how much work such a project as the Republic would be then...its a monograph of over 10 books. When I think of this I cannot but think of a musical genius like Mozart.
